2005 Honda Accord won’t start

2005 Honda Accord (250,000+ miles) won’t
start, gave me an issue a while back I
replaced the battery, and starter. Went a
month and it did it again lights started flicking
without turning the key, key was in ignition.
When I tried turning it did nothing. A green
Key was flashing. Wondering what to do
since I’ve replaced the battery and starter,
also got my alternator tested and it was good
I’m so lost I was thinking ignition switch
