How to set dash clock 2016 Nissan Sentra SV

Hello, I replaced the stock radio/cd player in my 2016 Nissan Sentra SV with a
Pioneer AVH-210EX. I need to set the clock that's in the dash between the
odometer and tachometer. Normally that's done using the stock radio but I have
the new stereo and can't figure out how to set the clock in the dash.

This is the dash clock that needs the correct time set.

Hi! Did you ever figure this out? I am having the same problem.

Only thing I’ve been able to do is a factory reset at 1:00 pm. It sets the clock to 1:00 am and resets the average MPGs but it works.

I will have the same problem once Daylight Savings rolls around. Considering that the dash HUD has an option for "Clock" that just says "Change it using the radio, stupid" (I'm sure those were the exact words, don't @ me), you would think that they would've had the dash HUD go into a "standalone" state once it no longer detected a radio that it recognized, so that you could do things using it that were previously radio-unit exclusive, like the clock.
