Lexus GX460 road trip capacity

Question type: General

College road trip. Need max capacity. 4 passengers. Is it OK to drop one seat
in 2nd row and one seat in 3rd row to maximize capacity options VS dropping
both 3rd row seats which would give much less room to pack my daughters
stuff?

Secure the load so it does not fly around and hurt someone if there is an accident.

i understand i don't need permission.. I'm wondering from a safety and practical point of view...if it's a solid move with two passengers in the other seats. trying to distribute and maximize the college 'stuff' throughout the cabin for the 13 hr trek...
