Top off coolant or flush system?

Asked by Euerardo Feb 12, 2020 at 12:18 PM about the 2016 Toyota Corolla LE

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Have a 2016 Toyota Corolla with 53,000 miles, and about
three months ago I've checked that the coolant level is low.
Can I just add coolant to the reservoir alone, or is it also
recommended to get a coolant flush? I've checked online,
but all I can find is that "why is coolant low" that it possibly
be a leak, but If it was a leak, I think all the coolant would've
leaked and over heated my car during those 3 months.

You are due for a flush but not that critical at this point. Just add coolant to the reservoir and keep and eye on the level to make sure it's not leaking anywhere.
