how i will unlock my honda civic radio

Hello Sir ! i have purchase d second hand honda civic car but its radio system
is locked serial key is U3000 L 1886 and the VIN no is
JHMFD16216S401596...Please help me am waiting for ur reply my email is
malikakbarkhan61@yahoo.com

If the car has the original dealership info in it you can call the dealership and just explain to them that you need to unlock the radio and you are the second owner. I did this for my 02' Civic and they gave it to me. I placed the code on a few stickers and put them in the glove compartment. Sometimes previous owners will write the code in the owner's manual also.

My code was on the side of the glove compartment on a white sticker it's the top numbers..
