One engine cylinder not working not getting current in spark plug

I have Honda Civic 1.7Vtech recently My car engine
has missing I found out that one the Engine
Cylinder is not getting current in spark plug. Please
guru help me out how to solve this problem make it
work all cylinders smoothly.
In advance I appreciate your help.

How did you find this? scan code. inspect the ignition coil on the cylinder that is NOT firing confirm harness connection is OK and that ignition coil is Good.. don't waste time moving coils around check it with a (multimeter) or replace it after 11 years if one has failed the others are not far behind.

Thank you for your reply. I found it manually i took out all four coils one by one while engine ws running. And place near engine, Three coils were sparking while one coil ws showing nothing. Thats how I found out that one cylinder is not working. Furthermore I took out the Plug and it ws clean as new. Now here I am Struck and dont know what to do. I also swaped the coils but problem still exist which mean Coil is fine. Please guide me. Also please note that I dont have any Scanner. Regards.

Check injector is working or it getting pulse from ecm

I have 1.8 honda civic 2008 and i changed my engine just assembly . And 1 coil not working good its broke when i start my car manifold being hot and red does it reason of coil?
