When will the Corolla get lane changing tech??

Probably never. The Corolla is an economy car, Toyota is more interested in cost-cutting than so-called 'safety-features' which 'lane-change, brake assist, park assist, all that crap that leads to driver complacency instead of safety. TURN YOUR NECK AND LOOK AND USE YOUR MIRRORS and not rely on "technology" to drive your car. You want lane-change, brake assist, buy a Camry or Avalon

You may be right. I asked because the 2016 Honda Civic has ALL of the above available. The Corolla NEEDS to be competitive.
Indeed they do. The Toyota Motor Company make an obscene amount of (profit) money but it seems it's never enough. Some of the new 2015 Trims don't even have cruise-control .... Good Point
