Van won't start

My battery is good, all my electrical inside the car
work fine but when I turn the key there is nothing.  
Does not even turn over.

The starter may be bad. Check it by tapping on it, don't hit it, while the key is turned to the start position to see if this makes it crank.

My battery is good, all my electrical inside the car work fine but when I turn the key It hard and can not move the key. Does not even turn over. How can I do the van just completely lock.

I have a 2006 Honda odyssey that wont start. A few months ago i tried to start it it wouldn't start it sat fir almost 4 months. The battery went bad so i got a new one plus right before it wouldnt start i got a new starter so its not thestarter. Its getting gas theirs exhaust fumes but the damn thing wont start. I have inside lights
