My daughter has a 2004 Honda accord and her gear shift button broke and now she can't get it out of park

There should be a slot near the shifter, it may or may not have a plastic plug that needs to be opened, and it may or may not be marked"KEY". Take the ignition key and put in into the slot, push down on the key and you will feel it hit a release lever or switch. While pushing down on the key and holding the brake down, pull the shift lever to the desires position.
