my 04 accord engine light is on my mechanic replaced O2 sensor but now car buckles and light is still on, when at light car sounds like it wants to stall also just noticed AC doesn't stay cool when parked

He may have disturbed a connection while under the car/hood. Make sure he replaced the sensor with the correct one ... there are 2 types ... Narrow and wide band, if he put the wrong one in then you will have the problem you describe. Make sure he puts the OBD on the diagnostic to check the operation.
