Replace breather hose

Greetings...My car stuttered off after I started it first thing in the morning and
it finally started after a few more tries. My battery is new so I knew that
wasn't the problem.

I replaced the breather hose on my Honda accord LX (4 cyl) earlier this year
(6 mos ago at the most) . Now my engine light is on again so I quickly took
the care to AutoZone  and the error code they read says "replace breather
hose".

The readout says:
*Code P0171- indicates that the Bank 1 System is too lean for a
predetermined period of time.
*P0171- Fuel System Too Lean (Bank 1)

In lieu of the fuel system, I have noticed that lately my gas runs out pretty
quickly...

My questions are:  
1. What could be the problem if I already replaced the breather hose?
2. Does this sound like an expensive fix?

That happened to my 1997 honda ciivic . See if its leaking gas, mine was the gas line it was all rotted out good luck.
