Thank you tom the radiator is completely empty it's all over the engine I can't figure out if it is coming from this or somewhere else but that seems to be the only part missing I can see could that cause all the radiator fluid to leak out ?

Oldstorqnpower thank you for your help I am not sure if that was there before or after I tried to pour stop leak in it I am so scared the engine is ruined on the car and it's all we have.

Thank you I was able to replace the tube added more antifreeze and it started right up it is running a little rough I am hoping I can get it to run until I get the money together to get it fixed or get a new one . The oil level was good it has always burned through oil pretty fast but no noticeable change same color and consistency thank god. I live in NJ pretty cold here right now.
These 02 - 05’ civics (I’m assuming that is what we’re talking about here) have been known to allow for oil and exhaust gases to escape through ports found in the cylinder head. However, the coolant doesn’t seem to make it into the oil so the oil remains unfroathy or cream color. Can you check the overflow reservoir by removing the white plastic cap and looking at the inside of the reservoir itself? Does it smell like burnt oil? Or is it clean and white like it should be? There is pressure building up in your car’s coolant system and the antifreeze is purging itself through that tiny hose into the overflow reservoir and when this pressure is too much the hose just simply pops off the filler neck elbow. Most likely the car needs a new cylinder head (not just the gasket). You are buying time by adding antifreeze and oil on a constant basis but it probably shouldn’t be driven hard like on a highway or the Jersey Turnpike in stop and go traffic because it will overheat most likely.

Thank you I will check that out today sadly it is the only car we have so it must be driven I will make sure to constantly keep the fluid levels in the car until I can get it checked out by a mechanic and get whatever needs to be replaced, replaced I appreciate you letting me know all this I will surely check for any smells in the reservoir. It did look a little dirty to me but I didn't notice any smells but then again I wasn't really checking for it but i will today for sure
