About $18,000 for just the engine and transmission plus modifications to the cooling system, electrical system, exhaust and drive line. Also the T56 will need to have provision to have a transfer case mounted to it. Transfer case will need to be replaced with a heavy duty unit. My guess is you either do not have or will not want to spend the 25 Grand + it will take to do it on a 12 year old vehicle.

Just took delivery on a new 2016 Suburban LT. Looking to swap the 2nd row black leather captains chairs for a black leather bench. I'm in northern NJ. Will be traveling to OBX, NC in August.
