Steering Buzz and Vibration

2004 Odyssey, steering wheel has begun to buzz and vibrate slightly when
turning. My local preferred shop doesn't have any openings until next week.
How serious is this issue potentially and will I make it worse by waiting to repair
it until next week?

It might just be low on fluid. To be safe, stop at some other shop and see if someone would do a quick "safety check" for free. Give them the work, if any is needed, to repay the favor. Be safe.
