Oil Leak - Possibly Missing Piece/part?

Recently noticed a pretty rough oil leak situation with my
car. It's a 03 Honda Accord Ex 3.0L V6. Already ordered the
valve cover gasket set, but then I noticed this. Is there
meant to be something in the hole next to the bolt?
