Check out fueleconomy.gov; you can find almost anything from 1985 forward and get the "official" EPA numbers. For the 2003 Accord 4-cylinder they list a 23 city/31 hwy for the standard transmission, and 21/31 for the automatic (that's the "new" EPA figures, which are supposed to be more realistic than the ones they used to report). My wife's automatic averages just over 25 MPG in mixed driving, FWIW.
