97 honda civic dx wont start

Hi I have a 97 Honda Civic DXi had to replace wire
harnesses to the main fuse Box under the hood because
they all had melted I have them all wired back together and
connected but the motor sounds like it's not being told to
turn over everything else works lights - alternator belts and
everything are turning is there something I need to do to
reset it or what am I missing

cranks but don't start ? check for fuel and spark , what ever burned things up may have ruined something else , or something else failed by coincidence
No it doesnt crank motor does nothing. Ut evwrything else turns on

then I guess you'll need a multi tester and auto electrical know how and see if power gets to the starter , any relays , ignition switch etc.
Dont know any of that but i learn fast so going to youtube it up i guess it only was 143xxx on it and i dont want to just let it die haha

any electrical circuit has three parts , power , switch and a function , in simplest terms , lf course it can get more complicated
