Can I turbo a 1.6 liter stock?

Can a stock 1.6 liter take a Turbo with out having to change anything and if I
do what do I need to change and how much boost can I put after I do all the
stuff I need to do to where it won't through a rod?

you should be able to as long you keep boost down to 5-7 psi the stock fuel systems usually have adjustment at low boost levels
