Swap motor now car won't turn over 2002 civic ex

Swap motor on 2002 Honda Civic ex coupe
Swap axles out & car went around block
rough now it won't start acts like it wants to
but won't. Replaced throttle body crank shaft
& cam senors new battery new alternator.
Control arms. I can't figure out what's wrong
ecm good.
