It should be fine. The 185 is the width of the tire tread in millimeters. The 65 is the percentage of sidewall height relative to the tire tread width. So the sidewall height is 65% of the tread width. The 14 is the wheel size. In your case, the 70 means the sidewall height is 70% of the width of the tread. It might be a tight fit, but you should be okay.

The tires will fit but your speedometer might be off by a small fraction.
