Vent Fan in 2003 Honda Odyssey will blow full speed, but turns off when turned to lower speed. It will also come on full speed when it is in Auto setting. What is causing this?

sounds like the blower motor resistor. vehicles with auto a/c usually call it something different than just a resistor but it controls fan speed and is bypassed when the fan it set to high.

Where is the resistor located? Is it easy to replace?

it should be down by the blower motor, under the glove box area.

you're going to need a new blower motor...i had a 96 contour with the same issue and my brother had the same issue with his 01 focus..
