Vehicle Warning Lights

I have a 2016 Nissan Rogue SV AWD that has the service
engine light on but then in the centre of my dash has a
green speedometer looking light that is flashing I have no
idea what that means or what to do

Your green speedometer light is your cruiser control on/off switch is on. For the check engine light, have it hooked up to an OBD to see what the engine codes are.
