The controls for both, front and rear wiper/washer operation, are located in the right lever on the steering wheel. If you look at the section of the lever closer to the steering wheel, you will see the controls for the rear wiper/washer. To operate, turn that section of the knob for different speeds, to operate the washer, push the lever forward (down). If you have the owner's manual it tells you how to operate the controls.
