do you pull a trailer? do you have trailer wiring? I would check there if you do.

The drivers side multiplex unit could have shorted,it's located on the back side of drivers side fuse box.

*** SOLVED *** After replacing both Multiplex Units (Driver and Passenger sides), I still did not have tail lights, driving lights or dashboard lights. I then found this diagram, showing the location of several relays, under the dashboard. (On my 2003 Pilot, I have a cluster of 4 relays- not the 6 shown in the diagram. The 2 additional relays are on Canadian models only.) 2 of the relays were bad- Interior lights and Tail lights. After changing out both Multiplex Units and all of the fuses... It turned out to be simple $10 relays.

Struggled with this also... Went thru everything, ended up being a silly 10 amp fuse. For whatever reason Honda labels it as 'Small light' but it being blown took out parking lights and dash lights, plus the headlight on warning beep. Was on the passenger side fuse box of my 05 pilot.
