2002 Honda accord crank but not start

My 2002 Honda Accord will crank over but
not start I have replaced the fuel pump
filter put new plugs and wires timing belt
water pump it did a good tune-up red 5 for
2 days now it's doing it again any ideas it
appears to not start when it's colder and
at times it will start if I take the air filter off
a spray starter fluid in it will start right up
please help

If it starts when you spray starter fluid then it’s definitely a fuel issue. Confirm the fuel pump cycles on when you turn the key to the second position. If not, check the main relay under the dash. If it DOES him for a few seconds when you key up, the you’ll need to (or get someone who can) check the fuel pressure at the fuel rail to make sure fuel is reaching the engine. If the pressure is below spec then your pump may be dying or you have an obstruction somewhere. If the pressure is within spec, then move on to injectors. Not much else to check beyond that.
