2002 accord fuel leak?

so, my car is leaking fuel. i'm not sure if it's coming from a fuel line or the
tank itself, the tank looks kind of wet near the fuel lines and the drip is
coming from both, i haven't had a chance to inspect enough to determine if
there's a hole anywhere. My main question was: What material is the 2002
accord factory tank, and what would the best temporary fix for this be?
Don't have the money to take it to a shop and have anything replaced ATM,
and I have an echeck to pass coming up pretty soon.

I also have a 2002 Accord and emission test failure is when my auto repair said "you have an angel on your shoulder. Your birthday present is...you failed the emission test...but you have a gas leak at the top of your engine...which could have burst into flames." My insurance company put my Accord IN PARK, with full insurance comprehensive coverage for around $4. yes 4 dollars a month.
