Clean title but damage reported?

2016 Toyota RAV4-Vin #2T3RFREV1GW418104.
The vehicle has a clean title and vin-check, but there is a mention of "frame
damage reported". Where would that info come from, if there is no branded
title?

Not all damage means a branded title. You would have to ask the seller or the company that provides the report.
