What I need to boost my performance on my 02 Honda civic ex
Hey I have a 2002 Honda civic ex and im new to this but I was wondering if some one could tell me what to get for it
because I would like to make its faster it's a vtec 1.7 I think and ever think is the same from the day it's was made

how much faster what are you looking to do with it? daily race drag?? there's turbos cams head work all sorts of stuff you can do. Is there a budget? If so how high?
Not a daily racer but weekly and from 200-300hp more because is only 127hp
umm that is a daily racer 300-427 is fast dude that is like 94 octane gas all the time no matter what kind of build u do. but yeah you could get a turbo kit for it from tubronetics, hondata s300, grand vitara pistons, eagle rods, stage one cam, bisimoto valve springs and titanium retainers along with titanium valves have your head port and polished and get some sleeves for ya block full size mishimoto rad and mishimoto hoses and a water methanol injection kit is all you really need to make like 300+ horse fairly reliably but there are many other budget ways to make that much horse but not necessarily as reliable

main things and then probably get walbro fuel pump and do tranny stuff so that it can handle the power like 6 puck stage 2 clutch reinforced gears possibly umm syncro mesh tranny fluid "the driveshop" i do believe its called claims to make axles that can handle high hp otherwise your gonna shred axels like no ones business..
if money isnt an object here then take the car to a professional speed shop and tell them what you want. they should be able to tell you what you need to make it reliable and fast.
