I have a Honda civic 2002 ex sedan with 200,000 miles but the care does not accelerate above 20mph and might have some kind of leak. A co-worker wants to buy it for 1300 is that a good price to sale?

Sell it as long as your fellow co-worker understands the problems involved with it. Because he/she will forever blame you for everything that goes wrong with that car.
