Great, thanks Tom! I've read some of the same stuff regarding Freestar vs. Odyssey vs. Sienna. 2002 Honda Odyssey EX w/ 140k miles is a one-owner with a (30-day) warranty from a VERY respected (small garage) mechanic / sales shop in town. 2006 Honda Pilot EX-L (loaded) w/ 150k miles is private seller that has been the only owner and taken great care of it with all records. Prices seem very fair ... Ody ~$5500 / Pilot ~$8500 ... will this $3k difference be worth it (in reliability / resale alone - forget about differences in SUV vs van)? There seems to be NO Pilots in that $4-6k price range while lots of vans (and billions of Freestars of course) ... indication I'll get that $2-3k difference back later via resale and/or reliability savings? I'm looking at owning all my vehicles outright (no payments / loans / leases) ... hence the price range I'm looking at and all the reliability questions :) Thanks for your time!
