Is it normal for 2016 Mini Clubman to have Fresh Air Pipe leak?  62K miles on
my Clubman.  Dealer just gave me $800 estimate to fix it.

Dealerships abnormally high prices. Try an independent shop. As many of these things that have been wrecked you might find what you need used.
