I have a 2001 ford taurus & the dash lights & tail lights are out. where is the fuse for this located?

There are 4 fuses under the dash and under the hood that operate your tail lights and dash lights. Fuse Box by the battery: F121 and F119 are 15Amp fuses. Fuse Box under the Dash: F229 and F216 - both 15 Amp fuses also. If the fuses are all good, you could be looking at a GEM module.
