The dashbaord on our 2001 taurus sel will not light up when the headlights are on. The gauges and warning lights work, but you can't see your speed at night. is there a fuze for these lights?

it seems that the dash is working fine. it is just that we can't see it at night.

It's not the light bulbs. it's the harness connector(s) that plug into the flexible circuit board of the instrument cluster. Reseat the connectors a couple times and you will be good.

Hello, I have a 2006 Ford taurus SEL 3.0. Thew check charging system indicator comes on. The red battery light comes on after about 15 seconds after startup. If the battery is strong it does not come on but after a few starts the battery weakens and the light and warning come on. Hello, I have a 2001 Ford Taurus Wagon and it is having some issues. It starts, however, the idle is jumpy and thr RPM's surge and it sputters and stumbles and back fires at times while driving, and sometimes the gas peddle jumps under my foot.
