The dashbaord on our 2001 taurus sel will not light up when the headlights are on. The gauges and warning lights work, but you can't see your speed at night. is there a fuze for these lights?

it seems that the dash is working fine. it is just that we can't see it at night.

It's not the light bulbs. it's the harness connector(s) that plug into the flexible circuit board of the instrument cluster. Reseat the connectors a couple times and you will be good.
