Wiper arms rusted off truck!!

Hello! I have a 2004 ford explorer sport trac xlt. I was
changing my wiper linkage arms( which I thought was the
problem)and noticed that the metal underneath the plastic
cowl grill of the windshield wipers was completely rusted
away. I have pictures to explain more. Please help!!

You will need to replace all the broken and rusted parts. Find the parts in a junkyard.

I have the same issue with the rusted areas supporting the wiper spindle. What is the best way to repair this?
