Taillight screws (2) on side removed, light assembly loose, but being held by
3rd screw or other part on the bottom and can't get it loose to change brakelight

The Opel/Vauxhall Frontera/Isuzu Rodeo about year 2000, same model as the passport should look like this. With only two screws and two pins that usually get stuck because of dirt and water. Just use some good silicone grease when you mount it.
The 3rd screw is on the bottom pointing towards the rear. You can easily see it with a flashlight. Then pull the lens assembly straight back away from the vehicle. You might have to jiggle it if feels a bit stuck.
I have all 3 screws out of mine but it's stuck at the top.
No other hardware is holding it on except the 3 screws. Its just stuck to the basket material from age. It will come loose. It should be pulled straight back.
