Is the fuel pump inside the gas tank on a 2001 Honda Passport

My friend wants to know if she can change the fuel pump on her mothers car without
dropping the gas tank.

thank you for your response I did not expect one on Easter Sunday this is fantastic. I found another link with detailed instructions on how to remove the fuel pump I appreciate your help tremendously.

i replaced the fuell pump but the connection is not the same and in the diagram of new fuell pump the wires colors are different and i need help to connect the wires i appreciate your help
