2013 Chevy Malibu lt

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
I have a 2013 Chevy Malibu LT and I have a similar
problem to yours. My car runs fine it just dies every
now and then when I come to a stop but before it
shuts off it sputters. It only happens when I am in
gear and idle. It throws no codes. I have had the
spark plugs and wires replace. A new alternator a
new fuel pump and filter. A new fuel module
programmed by the dealer. It has been to the
dealer and 2 other mechanics and no one can
diagnose the problem. Can anyone help me??

I have replaced both of those.. even did the fuel module I had to have it programmed by the dealer
I have the same issue and I can’t find any solid answers. Did you ever get your car fixed?
No, I took my car to 2 independent shops and they still could find the problem and I took to the dealership and still having the same issue

I'm going to try changing the PCM because I see everyone changing everything else and it's not working but on one charge the PCM

I think once you get it the dealer may have to reprogram it
Thanks bro I’ll have them check that out!
No not yet, I’m Going to take it to the dealership next week. Hopfully they’ll fix it, I’ll keep the group updated
Has anyone found out the issue at all? I’m having the same trouble with my car and it’s very frustrating. It’s already left me stranded twice. And died on me while I was driving on the freeway. If anyone has a found a solution please help.
Bad fuse box in trunk...as wires lead to it short or box itself....contains fuel pump relay
Its your intake, its loose 3 skrews behind the block 10 mil ,tighten the skrews and wala no more codes or misfire ,to much air coming in due to loose intake
