we purchased a 2001s2000 with s badges trunk hood everywhere is this a collectors car?
we previously owned a 2006 s2000 it had an H everywhere this car has an S is it a collectors edition? we love it and are just wondering . i've never seen anohter s2000 with these markings ---- thanks jeff

Incorrect, the "S" badges are fairly popular in the S2000 community and were likely purchased from Rick's S2000 Accessories at http://www.ricks2k.com/products/badge.php
You can get those badges on ebay. Nothing special. I had them on my car, but bought the factory "H" emblems from Honda to replace them. I just wanted the car as original as possible. Very few people know what it is anyway. I like the looks from people when they find out it's a Honda!
