2006 Chevrolet Uplander ABS/Traction control/Stability control

Asked by Scott Jun 28, 2018 at 01:15 PM about the 2006 Chevrolet Uplander 1LT FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi

2006 Chev Uplander FWD... ABS light on, sometimes brake light.
ABS/Traction/Stability warning on.

Ran code scanner.. said failure of front and rear left side bearings.. replaced
(left front definately needed replacing, it was worn)

Cleared codes

ABS light back on... checked codes again.. now problems with both left front
and left rear bearings.. and also right front.

Checked all bearing resistances with wires disconnected.. virtually zero
resistance.

Checked voltage output to all 4 wheel bearing sensors.. all 4 were consitantly
1.62v when checked with DMM from pin to pin..

When checked from one pin to ground, = 2.15v
When checked other pin to ground = 3.7v

Is this a problem with EBCM module itself?

could be, also could be a problem with the wiring, its best if you get a high end scanner and read the values that shows in live data.
