Are you getting good fuel pressure? also I replaced a fuel pump in my father in laws 1999 dodge ram 1500 and the part stor gave me the wrong pump although it fit and worked with the truck it still had hesitation I tried many things and come to find out they gave me a fuel pump for a smaller fuel tank so this may be something you wanna check into! also another thing you can check is your mafs and your agr this is just a few things I can think of off the top of my head
