If the transmission is slipping, a fluid change is too late and might not help your cause. You will need to rebuild it or replace at this point. But if you are just performing a drain and fill, pick up 4 quarts, you will drain about 3 to 4 quarts. The whole transmission uses 6.3 quarts.
