car will not start

engine turns over but will not start.gas will leak out of intake when I slacken off fuel connection. When I remove spark plug after trying to flood the engine it is dry?

check for spark at your plugs and then move down the line. check it at the coil, if your getting spark then you probably have an issue in your fuel system. if not its probably your coil . if not that then check your fuses and relays. ( actually do that first. lol) then move to your crank position sensor to check for ground, hot and control signls using a test light. theres a million videos on you tube if your not familiar with the process
