2000 Honda Passport Smoking from Passenger side and reduced power

I was driving my 2000 Honda Passport and after 5 minutes I had the reduced
power light come on. When I checked the engine, there had been smoke
coming from the passenger side of the engine.

I should've included this in the description as well, the car also contains a vacuum leak somewhere
