STOP Oil Pressure Engine Off.

Good Day, I have a 2008 Automatic VW GOLF 5, the
Service Light was on and I sent it to mechanic to
which he said he changed the oil filter and the oil . I
have drive it for about a week . Yesterday I drove
for about 140km/h and as I was driving back I
stoped by a bus stop to do something in my phone
.. I put the car in parking while the engine is still in..
all of a sudden it switched off on its own. I tried
several times to on it again but it keeps showing
this STOP oil Pressure Engine off! Yet the oil gauge
shows there is enough oil. What could be the
problem pls?
