AC working even when off

Asked by mdnaseershah Sep 12, 2019 at 08:25 PM about the 2015 Volkswagen Jetta 2.0 Trendline Plus

If I set the temperature low and turn the fan on with AC off, it blow cold air and
when i increase the temperature it blows hot air. Is this is a issue as it blows
cold air when temperature is set low with AC option off.

When you turn the AC off it will blow cold air for a minute or two which is normal. If the compressor stays engaged when turned off there is a problem with the switch, wiring, relay etc.
