99 Honda Accord ex

The car cranks but won’t turn over ... after
months of changing distributor , spark plugs
fuel pump all fuzes come to find out the
driver side isn’t getting why power ... only to
two fuses that are in the fuse box .... I need
help I need my Honda back .....

Is it running? If not i had replaced my distributor in my 91 accord and had put when lining up the distributor rotor to the crank had the rotor twisted 180 degrees the wrong way i took it off twisted it the only other way it goes on and it fired right up
