Question type: Maintenance & Repair

1999 Honda Acord EX 4 cyl, engine shuts down while driving 70 MPH on highway.
Notice meter goes down from 70MPH to 0MPH in 1 second, and then the car is not
response to pressing on Gas Padal. Also, notice key green light on. Signal light no
response meaning not working

Manage to pull over, pull out the key and restart the engine, and it works.

What could be the root cause of automatically the engine shutdown or stop working?
Also, what is the root cause for losing electrical power as signal light is not working?

What is the fixes to these problems?
