How do I fix my car?

Asked by Mountain Nov 09, 2021 at 03:47 PM about the 1999 Honda Accord EX V6

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I made sure the cam and crank gears are lined up, I
replaced the water pump, idler and tensioner
pulleys. I got it back together, and it is missing like
the wires are crossed? It ran fine before the belt
broke, just as smooth and quiet. Started on the
first bump. I'm out of ideas. I traced the plug wires
and the are right. I took out the number 1plug and
brought it to the top. It's in perfect time?

Run a compression test. It may have bent a valve even though they are not supposed too. But stuff happens.
