can i put 265/65/17 on my dodge journey 2013

Way too wide, you're going to have terrible rubbing problems. 225/65/17 is stock, so you might get by with 235 or 245/65/17 but you will have to measure for the 245. Now any good tire shop can tell you what will fit if you want to go oversize.
