1999 Honda Civic misfiring

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My Honda Civic is misfiring at heavy load at 65 to
75 mph codes given are p1399. My mechanic has
changed the plugs, wires, and valve clearance. I
am still getting a misfire. Any ideas or suggestions.
Car does burn oil has 338 K original miles.
Anything else I should be checking.
